1- Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Anjyog,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the company providing the online yoga and fitness classes.
“Services” refers to the online yoga and fitness classes provided by Anjyog.

2-Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3-Membership
To access our online classes, you must become a member by creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or password.
4-Payment
To access our online classes, you must pay the required fees. All fees are non-refundable, except as provided in our cancellation policy. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of our Services.
5-Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. We do not provide refunds for any fees already paid. If we cancel a class, we will provide you with a credit towards a future class or a refund at our sole discretion.
6-Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content will be accurate, reliable, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use our Services at your own risk.
7-Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Services, or the use or inability to use our Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8-Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anjyog and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.
9-Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of India , without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services
10- Shipping & Delivery
As we are an online business, there are no physical products to be shipped to our customers. All our classes are conducted online, and you can access them from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
Once you have signed up for our classes, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to access our classes. This email will include a link to our online platform, as well as your login credentials.
We offer various types of classes, including live online classes and pre-recorded classes, so you can choose the type of class that suits your schedule and preferences.
For live classes, we recommend that you log in a few minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure that you have a good internet connection and are able to access the class without any issues.
For pre-recorded classes, you can access them at any time that is convenient for you, and you can pause, rewind, and replay them as many times as you like.
